On Sunday, April 22, over 1,000 boys from around the tri-state area attended Pirchei Agudas Yisroel’s 55th Annual National Siyum Mishnayos. The siyum took place at the Kol Yaakov Hall in Flatbush, and was chaired by Rabbi Avi Frank, Rebbe, Yeshiva of Spring Valley and director, Camp Agudah Midwest.

The siyum program combined education and entertainment, bringing fun and learning to the boys who attended accompanied by their Pirchei leaders, fathers or Rebbeim. They enjoyed presentations by Harav Shlomo Mandel, Rosh HaYeshivah, Yeshiva of Brooklyn; Rabbi Chaim Dovid Zwiebel, executive vice president of Agudas Yisroel of America; and Rabbi Ephraim Levi, national director of Pirchei Agudas Yisroel of America. Tehillim were recited by Rabbi Yehoshua Gruenfeld, Rosh Kollel, Iyun Hatalmud of Monsey, who farhered the mesayemim at a pre-Siyum event. Kaddish was recited by Mr. Abe Eisner in memory of his parents and in-laws, z”l. Master storyteller Rebbee Hill mesmerized the crowd. The boys were treated to a beautiful audio-visual presentation on the life of Hagaon Harav Aharon Yehudah Leib Shteinman, zt”l, produced by Rabbi Yosef Treisser, director of Pirchei Agudas Yisroel of Montreal.

Raffles throughout the evening included sets of sefarim, a Shas and a bike! Congratulations to the mesaymim and to all of those who participated.
