This week’s newsletter goes coast to coast, and everywhere in between.

In a report from the West Coast, our California chairman discusses security funding, and on the other side of the country, our Florida director chimed in on a disturbing zoning lawsuit in Boca Raton, Florida where “we dare not be silent”.

In Illinois, Rabbi Shlomo Soroka was quoted in a Chicago Sun-Times article discussing a proposed scholarship tax credit program that may be part of an education funding deal in that state. If passed, the program would help thousands of Illinois students attend the school of their choice.

In New York, Rabbi Zwiebel co-chaired an event welcoming Congressman John Faso to Camp HASC. I encourage you to watch the heart-warming video here.

Finally, our Washington, DC office lauded the Senate Foreign Relations Committee for passing a bill out of committee that would withhold aid to the Palestinian Authority as long as it continues to provide financial stipends to the families of Palestinians who commit acts of terror against American and Israeli citizens.

Mazal Tov to my colleagues, Rabbi Moshe Matz and Rabbi Abba Cohen, both of whom celebrated the wedding of their daughters this week.
